The story of job is similar to other stories in the Old Testament. It is similar because it is showing how god loves to tease people and he likes to prove that people obey him. If god had so much power how would he not know how much some people obeyed him. In the story of job god made a bet with Satan That job will still love god god no matter what he does to him. So god tortures job and kept tortutring him for doing nothing. This relates to Abraham because god makes Abraham kill his son and when he was about to do it he stopped him because he liked messing with people
